Graphene and 2D Materials and their derivatives are slowly moving from academia to industry space, becoming more familiar across many industries, entrepreneurs and investors in terms of their superior properties, development of production technologies, processing and new products and devices development. In this talk, I will review some of the latest developments on graphene research and translation of graphene research to industry applications from our group, including environmental, agriculture, protective coatings, sensors, supercapacitors, antennas, providing some key challenges and future prospects.
